Abio Properties Adds Powerhouse Agents and Second Office in Lafayette, the Heart of Lamorinda
Abio Properties is thrilled to announce the expansion of its boutique brand of openness, collaboration and personal attention for East Bay real estate buyers and sellers. Abio Properties proudly added nine veteran and rising star agents to its team and is opening a second office in Lafayette.
Abio Properties, launched in Oakland in January 2016, has always served clients on both sides of the Caldecott Tunnel and is now even better positioned to work in both Alameda and Contra Costa counties. The new Lafayette team is based in the middle of the desirable Lamorinda market and a stone’s throw from Danville, Walnut Creek and Alamo.
Abio Properties’ new agents include Realtor Patty Rogers, who has 35+ years’ experience selling real estate in the Bay Area and works out of Abio’s Oakland headquarters, and Realtor Mary Anne LaHaye, an industry cornerstone who leads the Lafayette team.
“I am extremely excited about the Lafayette office opening and the quality of agents joining Abio,” says Cameron Platt, who co-founded Abio with Linnette Edwards. “We debuted our brand in Lafayette with showpiece homes and a fresh take on agent support. I see a bright future in Lamorinda for Abio and our clients.”
Abio attracts Realtors, buyers and sellers who love Abio’s ethic of honesty and positivity. The boutique brokerage also is known for its modern marketing aesthetic and clever use of high-tech tools to showcase homes and the East Bay lifestyle.
According to Edwards, Abio’s agents collectively handled $125 million worth of property in 2016, and are poised for even greater success in 2017.
