About 43 Cuvier Street
Welcome Home
Almost as pristine as when the sellers bought it in 2020, this home will convert to a condo at the close of escrow. Take advantage of the complete studs out renovation that happened 3 years ago and the work the owners put into it to condo convert. This lovely home is part of a 2 unit building that has modern conveniences on the inside while retaining the Victorian character on the outside. It checks so many boxes: great design, efficiency, open concept living areas, a second guest bedroom that makes WFH easy, a large sunny deeded deck straight out the back door that makes outdoor entertaining a breeze, a shared backyard with the other unit that has seating and bbq, the convenience of in unit washer and dryer, 4 closets and a large deeded storage room that make for a clutter free environment plus low HOA dues. Move right in and start living your best life!
At the intersection of Glen and Bernal and the Mission, this home has easy access to many famous restaurants, cafes and bars. 43 Cuvier is on a tree lined street and there is a community garden going in at the end of the cut de sac with a mural and monthly movie showings!
