Q&A

  • Would someone describe you as an early bird or a night owl?
  • Both. Early mornings on weekdays, late nights on the weekends. The sense of calm and quiet is priceless.
  • Favorite restaurant or hang out?
  • Cosecha. All of their food is amazing, I rave about it to everyone when the topic of food comes up.
  • Famous person (living or dead) you’d most like to meet?
  • Tom Hanks. I’m embarrassed to say how many times I’ve seen Forest Gump.
  • What’s your mantra?
  • What is not started today is never finished tomorrow – Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
  • What’s your most treasured possession (besides your phone!)?
  • My books. Every last one.
  • What would you tell your 16-year old self?
  • Go to bed early!
  • Funniest/most interesting thing you’ve ever found in a house you’ve helped someone buy or sell?
  • I listed this multi family property in Berkeley. One of the tenants was a homeopathic healer who had a room solely dedicated to sound bowls! She let me play each one and it never got old. That was one fun property to sell.

A proud East Bay native. I was born in Berkeley and raised in the Sequoyah Highlands in Oakland. I’ve been playing soccer my whole life and not stopping anytime soon, even if my legs don’t work like they used to!

I also enjoy playing guitar, going for runs with my dog Bishop, and being the best sous chef to my incredible wife Siulin. I’ve worked in Commercial Real Estate for 3 years, earned my BS degree from CSUEB where I double majored in Finance and Corporate Management. I recently obtained my Construction Management Certificate from my alma mater. For the past couple of years, I’ve been really getting my ‘kicks’ helping homeowners all over the Bay Area with their home remodels, additions, and retrofits. Many homes these days need a bit of TLC when buying or selling and I love exploring different ways to improve one’s property and helping them execute their vision.
