Would someone describe you as an early bird or a night owl?
Both. Early mornings on weekdays, late nights on the weekends. The sense of calm and quiet is priceless.
Favorite restaurant or hang out?
Cosecha. All of their food is amazing, I rave about it to everyone when the topic of food comes up.
Famous person (living or dead) you’d most like to meet?
Tom Hanks. I’m embarrassed to say how many times I’ve seen Forest Gump.

Funniest/most interesting thing you’ve ever found in a house you’ve helped someone buy or sell?
I listed this multi family property in Berkeley. One of the tenants was a homeopathic healer who had a room solely dedicated to sound bowls! She let me play each one and it never got old. That was one fun property to sell.
