Q&A

  • Would someone describe you as an early bird or a night owl?
  • More of a night owl, though not extreme. I enjoy mornings the most after I’ve had my morning coffee!
  • Favorite restaurant or hang out?
  • I love to hang out on my back deck with good friends having a glass of wine and enjoying the sun setting over San Francisco.
  • Famous person (living or dead) you’d most like to meet?
  • Chef Gordon Ramsay, for a cooking lesson and to find out if he is really that outrageous in “real life”.
  • What’s your mantra?
  • Moderation is for monks!
  • What’s your most treasured possession (besides your phone!)?
  • I know a dog is not really a possession, but she is what I treasure most in my life. But what would I grab besides her if I had to evacuate my home? I’d be putting my Christopher Burkett original photographs in the car.
  • What would you tell your 16-year old self?
  • Why do you keep misbehaving when you get caught every time?!
  • Funniest/most interesting thing you’ve ever found in a house you’ve helped someone buy or sell?
  • It was definitely the collection of Barbie and Ken dolls displayed in various compromising positions – to this day I giggle thinking about it!

Buying or selling a home in today’s marketplace is exciting, can be a challenge and is one of the largest financial decisions most people make. I provide the personal attention, service and skills required to successfully negotiate the purchase or sale of your home, whether it is a first time home or a million dollar estate.

My exceptional marketing and negotiating skills come from a background of high level marketing and business development for technology companies. This background also gives me the technical savvy to utilize the Internet to its fullest in the marketing of your home or to aid you in the search for a new home. Above all, I really care about my clients and go the extra mile to meet and exceed their expectations. I am with them all the way through the process, keeping them informed, helping with difficult decisions and paying attention to the details so the process will go smoothly.

Tracy for Buyers

As your “Buyers Representative” my number one goal is help you achieve your goal, whether it be moving into your dream home, starter home, downsized home, or purchasing an investment property.  This means not only helping you find it, but successfully purchasing it as well.  In today’s market these two do not always go hand in hand!  There are often multiple offer situations where the outcome is not guaranteed.  My experience in writing competitive offers, along with my good relations with other local Realtors and market knowledge, will give you a big advantage.  My approach is always realistic, optimistic and enthusiastic, I will be your coach, cheerleader and sometime therapist!!

Tracy for Sellers

Whether you’re definitely planning to sell your home or just thinking about it, I’m happy to talk to you.  We can discuss when the market timing would be best, what is the sales dynamic of your neighborhood, or what improvements you might make to your home to maximize the value.  I have a great team of professionals that I can draw on to recommend the very best tradespeople for your home improvement needs, and I am available to schedule and manage the work if you prefer.

I’ll want to understand your goals so I can help you achieve them, whether it be highest price, fast sale, ease of process, or all of the above!  Throughout the complete process I am there as your trusted advisor and problem solver.
