REALTOR®
Randy Bramblett
DRE: 02103737
I was destined to transition and thrive in real estate after some fantastic mentoring (and opportunity to be featured in the marketing materials for Abio).
Can you find me?!
Having gone through the home buying process myself here in Oakland in 2018 greatly inspired me to help others whether they be clients, friends, or family in helping make that experience not only easier but also open and even fun! I have been passionately involved in private personal training and nutrition consulting over the last 20+ years ( and counting ) in both the east bay and San Francisco. With degrees in both exercise physiology and nutrition science from the University of California at Davis, I have been blessed in being able to spread my passion for fitness, health and general wellness for a quality balanced lifestyle. Since the year 2000 I have been extremely active in the sport of road cycling where I have been competing at the elite level racing the domestic circuit and many international races as well. Those opportunities have allowed me to meet people from all walks of life and many of those connections I still have and value today. My entire life and career has been about helping and inspiring others in the utmost open and honest way. I am thrilled now that I have the ability to translate those skills and services in helping everyone in one of the biggest life decisions that someone can make in their lives.

Randy's Q+A
Would someone describe you as an early bird or a night owl?
I would be described as an early bird! Life as an athlete and 6 am clients will do that to you!
Favorite restaurant or hang out?
Shakewell on Lakeshore. The owners and staff are unparalleled! I have been called the "mayor" there.
Famous person living or dead you’d most like to meet?
Barack Obama would be the person I would love to meet. Truly inspirational.
What’s your mantra?
"Live as if you were to die tomorrow, Learn as if you were to live forever."
What’s your most treasured possession (besides your phone!)?
Gotta be my bike!
What would you tell your 16 year old self?
I would tell my 16 year old self to just keep being patient and keep the head down and focused. Block out all the "noise" as things will come into place.
Funniest/most interesting thing you’ve find in a house?
Most interesting thing I have ever found in a house ( my own ) prior to moving in as it was still staged - I found an empty can of bud light with a cigarette.
