REALTOR®
Leonard Lopez
DRE: 01491445
Since 2005, Leonard Lopez has dedicated himself to helping people buy and sell property all over the East Bay. He works tirelessly on his clients’ behalf because he loves the rush and joy of making connections, negotiating, and fulfilling homeowners’ dreams.
Deeply rooted in the East Bay where he grew up, Leonard is known for having rich knowledge of the region’s competitive real estate market. He consistently earns the respect of clients – especially first-time buyers and sellers – because he makes potentially overwhelming experiences smooth and successful for them.
Leonard believes each client deserves his patience, honesty, attentiveness, and responsiveness – 24/7. He once drove all the way to Sacramento to pick up paperwork to ensure his client’s escrow closed on schedule. (Some people wonder if he ever sleeps!)
Leonard’s expertise as a Realtor includes condos and townhouse sales, including the unique issues surrounding HOAs, CC&Rs, and financing.
Truly homegrown, Leonard moved from the Philippines to San Leandro with his family when he was 8 and he married his San Leandro High School sweetheart in 2015. Together they share a passion for travel and have seen more than 20 countries! (Japan is a favorite.) Regina and Leonard settled in Walnut Creek, where they are trying to catch whatever sleep their baby girl, Quinn, will allow them.
In his free time, you can find Leonard hanging with his Shiba Inu sidekick, Tobiko, named after the orange eggs that adorn sushi – Leonard’s favorite food. Leonard also is on a quest to find the perfect cup of coffee, so you might find him sipping States Coffee in Martinez or Philz in Walnut Creek… He’s open to suggestions about where else to find the best brew!

Funniest/most interesting thing you’ve ever found in a house you’ve helped someone buy or sell?
Oh man. The dopest thing I found was a built-in antique hand crank coffee burr grinder on the wall. It looked like an elementary school pencil sharpener for a coffee lover. Whoever bought the home is lucky to have that gem!
