Terrence Andy Kirk is part of the Mariah Bradford Real Estate Team, bringing together two of the hardest working Realtors you will ever see along with decades of combined marketing, negotiation, and contract experience.
Previously a Partner in a Worker’s Compensation Law firm for 14 years, a High School English Teacher, and a College English Teacher in Northern China, Andy leverages his unique and diverse background to his Real Estate Clients’ tremendous advantage.
At this time in California — more than ever — each real estate listing or house purchase has its own set of unique challenges. The key aspects to solving a problem are to correctly identify the issue, analyze all creative solutions, communicate with all parties early and often, and decide on a clear course of action. Whether it is the communication skills Andy learned while teaching Shakespeare to classrooms filled with indifferent hormone-riddled teenagers, or the in-depth strategic analysis he used in preparing and arguing complicated cases at trial — these are all areas of expertise that he brings with him to Real Estate, whether negotiating a Request for Repair or strategizing how to win a house amongst a dozen other competitive bidders.
When he is not busy conquering a contract for the purchase of a home, moving staging furniture from a listing, or waxing poetic to other agents about the myriad of difficulties in the current real estate market, you can find him at a heavy metal show, watching old black and white B-horror movies, racing Hot Wheels cars, or chilling with his chickens, koi, cats, and 120 pound Great Dane.
While he often gets confused with “that guy from that Big Bang Theory” that guy is not actually Andy; you are probably just recognizing him from his two television appearances as a Zombie on Mythbusters. As he says “If only I had an inkling that being a total nerd would be something useful in life, I could have been a much happier teenager!”
