We Launched A Collaborative Coworking Space in Oakland!
Abio Properties is thrilled to announce the opening of our collaborative coworking space in the vibrant Temescal district of Oakland!
Our bright, beautiful new office at 4200 Broadway was eight months in the making and worth every second because we created a modern coworking office space in Oakland to share with energetic and creative people who do what they love and love what they do.
Why did we move? Creating a collaborative environment and sharing space makes perfect sense to us because building community is at the heart of everything we do.
So, join us if you need an innovative environment to get connected and be productive! We are leasing stunning private offices with all the amenities and perks.
We're talking to you – the independent contractors, telecommuters, and coffee shop lingerers of the Bay Area's gig economy. We also welcome boutique businesses like ours, especially from the real estate side – architects, contractors, interior designers, etc.
The coworking space floor plan was designed for openness and flow, making 4200 Broadway an impressive space to meet with clients. The 4,320-square-foot building includes common areas, work lounge, stocked kitchen, private offices, single desks, suites for up to five people, conference rooms… and, of course, a pool table (because no coworking space would be complete without one).
