Q&A

  • Would someone describe you as an early bird or a night owl?
  • Absolutely a morning person! I really only stay up late if I’m writing an offer or on vacation. I do my best work before everyone else wakes up. I’m a seize the day kind of person!
  • Favorite restaurant or hang out?
  • Always wanted to have a Cheers kind of place, but there are just too many restaurants to choose from. You will often find me walking the lake (Lake Merritt) in Oakland or walking Ocean Beach in San Francisco. Water is super calming for me.
  • Famous person living or dead you’d most like to meet
  • I finally realized in thinking about a response to this question that I just love when intellect meets humor. Most comedians like Trevor Noah, Dave Chapelle, Samantha Bee, David Letterman, James Corden, Amy Schumer, you get the picture…..
  • Mantra?
  • Don’t worry; you’ll get it all done!
  • Treasured possession:
  • I have a really good crystal/mineral/rock collection that I treasure. I am a super minimalist but don’t you dare take my rocks away.
  • What would you tell your 16 year old self?
  • EVERYTHING is going to be all right.
  • Funniest/most interesting thing you’ve find in a house?
  • My client’s son was very resistant to her selling her spot and did everything to sabotage that sale. Nothing like walking in on someone in boxers with various paraphernalia on the ground next to the mattress he was sleeping on. NOTHING LIKE THAT.

Real estate is a powerful way to invest in yourself, your family, your future. That’s what drives me to be an exceptional expert and advocate for my clients. I understand that buying and selling a home or investment property can be deeply personal and implicitly daunting in the competitive and fast-moving Bay Area market. With so much at stake, I make sure every client feels 100% supported, informed, and in control.

My first home buying experience in Richmond taught me heaps about what a good agent should never do and fueled my passion for doing it 1,000 times better. In my story, the agent left me ill-informed about timelines, disclosures, and even the documents I signed. On the day the sale closed, I happily drove to my new home only to find the sellers still living there! I don’t want anyone else to feel clueless during their journey.

I launched my real estate career in 2013 in the intense San Francisco market, where I lived for 25 years.Today, I live in Oakland and provide high-touch service to clients on both sides of the Bay Bridge while specializing in urban areas like Jack London Square. I’m known as down-to-earth, patient, outstandingly data-driven, well-connected, and available exactly when you need me.

Partner with me, and we will navigate the Bay Area market with persistence and strategy!
