Would someone describe you as an early bird or a night owl?
Absolutely a morning person! I really only stay up late if I’m writing an offer or on vacation. I do my best work before everyone else wakes up. I’m a seize the day kind of person!
Favorite restaurant or hang out?
Always wanted to have a Cheers kind of place, but there are just too many restaurants to choose from. You will often find me walking the lake (Lake Merritt) in Oakland or walking Ocean Beach in San Francisco. Water is super calming for me.
Famous person living or dead you’d most like to meet.
I finally realized in thinking about a response to this question that I just love when intellect meets humor. Most comedians like Trevor Noah, Dave Chapelle, Samantha Bee, David Letterman, James Corden, Amy Schumer, you get the picture…..

Funniest/most interesting thing you’ve find in a house?
My client’s son was very resistant to her selling her spot and did everything to sabotage that sale. Nothing like walking in on someone in boxers with various paraphernalia on the ground next to the mattress he was sleeping on. NOTHING LIKE THAT.
