My career in real estate was born out of a dissatisfaction with the practice of law. I realized I had a stronger passion for helping people in real estate transactions than in court. But I still consider myself a “recovering” attorney.
I still put that legal background to work for my clients and my agents when I need to. It’s a value add you can’t find with brokers who don’t have that to offer. It’s been helpful for clients in both traditional transactions and those that can be described as, shall we say, more unique.
