Q&A

  • Would someone describe you as an early bird or a night owl?
  • An Early Bird, definitely.  I love to wake up early to check what is new to market and start on my daily agenda.
  • Favorite restaurant or hang out?
  • Downtown Walnut Creek offers lots of delicious restaurants.  I love to meet with friends and try new restaurants.  One of my local favorites is Limon for lunch or during their happy hour.
  • Famous person (living or dead) you’d most like to meet?
  • I would love to meet Ellen Degeneres.
  • What’s your mantra?
  • Work hard and be kind.
  • What’s your most treasured possession (besides your phone!)?
  • My passport.  I love to travel and it shares where I’ve been.
  • What would you tell your 16-year old self?
  • Don’t sweat the small stuff.  Things always work out as they should.
  • Funniest/most interesting thing you’ve ever found in a house you’ve helped someone buy or sell?
  • I listed a home where the original owner built several additions without permits and had a fair amount of deferred maintenance.  Despite the challenging conditions, the sellers received multiple offers, many asking for counter offers.  Location, location, location!
