About

This is city living at its best.  A roof deck plus a terrace, open plan living space, a separate loft / office on its own level, adjacent to a beloved neighborhood park, great closets, and many HOA amenities provide the comforts of home with a modern touch.

The exquisitely designed space features walls of glass that flood this top floor corner unit with natural light, harmoniously connecting the open concept interior with the many conveniences just outside the front door.  Even the architect designed, artisan crafted metal and glass staircase doesn’t obstruct the light.  Instead it elevates the entire space as a chic, custom feature found nowhere else.  Added in 2013, the staircase pays homage to the building’s rich past, once as the historic Schilling Wine Cellars then the Esprit clothing company.  It connects not just the tri-level space, but also the past and the present.

The entry-level living space offers a chef’s kitchen, dining, and living areas which flow together seamlessly while maintaining definition.  A convenient half bath completes the level.  The gourmet kitchen features ebony granite counters, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances that include a Bertazonni gas range/oven and a Bosch dishwasher. This level’s private terrace is primed for al fresco barbecuing, dining, or contemplating the views of Potrero Hill.  Subtle lighting, radiant heat, and wide-plank hardwood floors complete the luxurious feel.

The upper level loft is the perfect place to set up your workspace, separating the home office and ensuring that “working from home” doesn’t become “living at work.”  Inspiration awaits with the adjacent rooftop deck with views and room to garden. Grow herbs and veggies for at home farm to table freshness or add some color with flowering plants in your favorite hues and scents.

The bottom floor is a respite after an busy day, offering two en-suite bedrooms, generous closets, the laundry, and yet more floor to ceiling windows.  Relax in the tub or read by the window on a rainy day.

Views of downtown San Francisco’s skyline and Potrero Hill hint at vibrant surroundings, while the many nearby greenspaces mean nature is nearby.  Nextdoor, Esprit Park offers a chance to picnic on the grass, a dog friendly play space, and a fitness circuit.  Building amenities like sustainably landscaped courtyards and a reflecting pool, as well as an 800 square foot fitness center, and a theater/screening room provide indoor activities when mother nature isn’t cooperating.  Additional conveniences include a deeded underground parking spot, additional storage space, secure bicycle parking, gated entry, and an onsite Homeowner’s Association manager.

Welcome home.

Location

Hands down, Dogpatch is the best neighborhood in San Francisco. Centrally located, Dogpatch has been home to artisans throughout San Francisco history and the legacy remains. Victorians, converted lofts, entrepreneurial ventures housed in community workspaces, cafés, shops, and the waterfront trail share this vibrant neighborhood.  The shops, cafés, restaurants, and art studios clustered around 22nd and 3rd Streets cater to every taste and interest, and the views along the waterfront are a soothing salve after staring at screens all day. Green spaces at Esprit Park, Warm Water Cove, and Agua Vista Park get you outside and mean that Fido thinks Dogpatch was named after him. The 3rd Street rail puts downtown and the City at your fingertips. If you’re one of our health care heroes working at UCSF, work is within blocks. If your day takes you to Silicon Valley, the CalTrans 22nd Street station is right here. When work or play takes you further afield, SFO is a breeze. When we are all out and about again, getting anywhere will be easy. But if you have to stay home, everything you want and need is right here.

  • The Green Benefit District – protected green space
  • Take me out to the Ballpark, and FiDi – 3rd St. rail
  • Walk to work – the waterfront trail
  • Roll or stroll to UCSF
  • Easy transit, CalTrain, and freeway access
  • SFO within minutes

Yes, all that’s wonderful.  But this is San Francisco.  What about the FOOD?  Dogpatch features some of the best eateries and cafes in the city and they’re right here.
