Bay Area median home price fell 2.3% last year, first annual drop since 2011

San Francisco Chronicle business writer Kathleen Pender interviewed Abio Properties agent Shannon Prokup about Bay Area median home prices, which fell in 2019 for the first full year since 2011. Yet the Oakland-Berkeley submarket stayed strong.
