Q&A
- Would someone describe you as an early bird or a night owl?
- Night owl. I can’t sleep until the work is done.

- It’s hard to choose a favorite around here but I’m partial to spots with a nice waterfront view like that of Brotzeit Lokal on the estuary or Portal by Lake Merritt.
- Famous person (living or dead) you’d most like to meet?
- US Presidents George Washington and Barack Obama.
- What’s your mantra?
- Work hard, work smart.
- What’s your most treasured possession?
- My home.
- What would you tell your 16-year old self?
- I would tell my 16-year old self to invest more time with my grandparents.
- Funniest/most interesting thing you’ve ever found in a house you’ve helped?
- Hidden rooms are fun to discover, my favorite was a whimsical fairy tale scene of garden gnomes – very Oakland!
Geoff Wallis
Associate Broker, REALTOR®
The Bay Area has been my home for more than 30 years. The rich cultural diversity, surrounding natural beauty and economic possibilities has helped shape who I am today. I feel lucky to be part of this community in which I grew up and fortunate that I am able to work in my own backyard.
In 2004, I started my career in real estate with the hope of helping others find their place within the community, which I know so well. Since then, I have assisted clients with residential, commercial, and investment property throughout the Bay Area. My approach to real estate is simple: to represent the interests of my clients with integrity and the highest levels of service.
My wife and I have two wonderful children, and we are pleased to be raising them in my old stomping grounds surrounded. Outside of work (if there really is such a place :), you may find me on the golf links, sharing samples of my latest home microbrew or camping in Pinecrest with family and friends.
