Q&A

  • Would someone describe you as an early bird or a night owl?
  • Definitely a night owl. I like to stay up late and watch old movies, but don’t like getting up in the morning. Never have.
  • Favorite restaurant or hang out?
  • My favorite hang out is a bookstore. I love Barnes and Noble. I like to look at all of the decorating and interior design magazines and books. I get a coffee and find a chair and I am in heaven.
  • Famous person (living or dead) you’d most like to meet?
  • Oprah Winfrey or Barack Obama. I admire both of them for their dedication and resilience.
  • What’s your mantra?
  • I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me…Nothing is too hard to get past and move forward. Give love and you might get it back, but if not to give love is the greatest gift in life. It brings light to your soul.
  • What’s your most treasured possession (besides your phone!)?
  • My mom’s photos and videos. While she was living, she danced and sang, and exuded happiness. I love that I can look back on that.
  • What would you tell your 16-year old self?
  • You are all that and more…work it, don’t worry about who does not think it. Don’t waste time on anything but being positive and moving forward. Everything else is just smoke and mirrors.
  • Funniest/most interesting thing you’ve ever found in a house you’ve helped someone buy or sell?
  • An original invitation to the John F. Kennedy and Jackie Onassis wedding. It was old but intact and really elegant. The owner forgot he had it and was so excited when I brought it up. Priceless.
