Q&A

  • Would someone describe you as an early bird or a night owl?
  • Night owl for sure! I’ve seen the sunrise more times than I can count.
  • Favorite restaurant or hang out?
  • My favorite restaurant is Postino or anywhere that can make a good margarita! My favorite hang out would be any good coffee shop! I love my latte’s!
  • Famous person (living or dead) you’d most like to meet?
  • Steven Tyler… I’ve been in love with since I was 15.
  • What’s your mantra?
  • I’m in the mood to misbehave… Who’s with me??
  • What’s your most treasured possession (besides your phone!)?
  • My children! They are freakin’ awesome!!!
  • What would you tell your 16-year old self?
  • There will be haters, There will be doubters, There will be non-believers, and then There will be you, proving them wrong.
  • Funniest/most interesting thing you’ve ever found in a house you’ve helped someone buy or sell?
  • The usual: People having sex and shamelessly inviting us in to “pre-view” but I think the funniest was when I was showing a house to my buyers and the seller insisted on touring us. When we got to her teenage son’s room she proudly opened his closet door and explained to us how her son had recently got into agriculture and was growing “corn” for a school project. She went on to explain the special lights she had to turn on for the plant and how she had to water it for him. Needless to say the “corn” was the smoking kind. My clients and I had to cut the tour short as we couldn’t stop laughing.
