  • Home

  • My mom. She’s famous to me and there are so many questions to ask…
  • What’s your mantra?
  • “Life is Short”
  • What’s your most treasured possession (besides your phone!)?

  • My seller’s tenant had a very interesting business in the garage. Just days before we were to prep for our listing, he decided he didn’t have to move. I had a great seller though and focus, a lot of hard work and creativity got the listing on the market and sold.

Philosophy: Buying or selling a home is always an emotionally and financially complex transaction. Having an agent who will listen to your concerns, who can accurately assess your needs, and who really understands the way the market functions is absolutely vital. I act as both a guide and an ally during a challenging time, leveraging my keen active listening skills, my integrity, and my dedication to service to orchestrate a smooth, pleasant transaction. Your satisfaction and best interests are always my highest concern.

Background: I am a full time, award winning, Real Estate Professional. Simply put, I love what I do, which lends me the energy and enthusiasm of a new agent coupled with the market savvy and expertise of a seasoned realtor. Additionally, I’ve lived in the Bay Area for more than thirty two years; so I can offer pertinent, timely insight on neighborhoods, school districts and area trends. Last, but not least, I’ve lived through a number of renovations surviving with my humor intact!

For Sellers: The more visually appealing your home – whatever the market – the greater the price it can command. I have a bachelor of Fine Arts, with Honors, from the California College of Art, and have extensive experience in color-consulting, staging, and design. I’m an expert in helping people get top-dollar for their homes without investing enormous amounts of time, energy, or money in upgrades. Should extensive repairs be necessary, however, I’m connected to a full network of contractors and trades-people who do reliable, quality work.

For Buyers: I will educate you about all facets of the market, helping you analyze various properties through sales comparables, my on-the-ground observations and other tools. Once you’ve decided to make an offer on a home, my strong interpersonal skills, win-win negotiation style and reputation will help you get into the house you love, at a price you can afford.

I truly look forward to having the opportunity to work with you.
